We have been extremely busy with our preparations for this year and several
new projects for next year so this newsletter will be more of an update than
a full newsletter.


AROMA TOURS' NEWSLETTER - ON TOUR
=========================================
This year for the first time we will be attempting to bring you a newsletter
while we are on tour. We hope you will enjoy our first-hand experiences and
perhaps we will have a few guest authors from amongst our group members.

BOOKINGS CLOSING SOON
=========================================
We are now gathering our last few Aroma Travellers for Turkey and Provence
this year and encourage anyone wishing to join us to get in touch very
shortly.

In fact bookings for both the Turkish Rose Tour and Heart of Provence Tour
close at the end of April. Those wishing to join the Provence Aromatherapy
Retreat will have a little longer about another 2 weeks or so.

Our current booking status is:-

Closing Soon:
Turkish Rose Tour - 4 vacancies
Provence Aromatherapy Retreat - 4 vacancies
Heart of Provence Tour  - 1 vacancy
Essential Provence Tour - Fully booked

Currently Booking:
Bali Women's Retreat - 6 vacancies
Australian Aromatherapy Retreat - 14 vacancies


WEBSITE FEEDBACK

We have heard from several people that they have had an occassional problem
accessing some of the information on our website http://www.aroma-tours.com
We have been unable to find any problems despite exaustive testing and can
only conclude that it was due to the vagueries of the internet.

AUSTRALIAN AROMATHERAPY RETREAT
=======================================
Bookings are now starting to come in for the Australian Aromatherapy Retreat
23rd  - 30th October and we hope to have a good number of folks joining us
"down under" for a wonderful tour.

OUR BEST EVER YEAR
=========================================
As we mentioned in our last newsletter, 2001 started out as our best ever
year and we have been delighted to see that the wonderful response has
continued. Next year will see us with several new partnerships and some
exciting new tours to tempt you with.


PRE-BOOKINGS FOR 2002
=========================================
For those of you who wish to ensure there place in one of next year's tours
or retreats, we are now accepting pre-bookings for future tours.

If you contact us to be included on the pre-booking list for a
particular tour or retreat you will be given priority for places on that
program when bookings are opened in October.

We already have 5 people pre-booked for 2002 which is wonderful ( mainly for
Turkey ).

Pre-bookings will be limited, to ensure that there will always be
places for new Aroma Travelers and for those of you who need to wait until
next year to make your plans.


TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS - HELP IS AT HAND
=========================================
We are continually forming new relationships with travel agents from a
growing number of countries around the world and in addition to promoting
our Aroma Tours programs they are of course available to assist you with
your travel arrangements.

As always we will provide you with all of the necessary information to make
your own arrangements either directly yourselves or via your favourite
travel agent but if you would like us to recommend and agent to help you
